NHS Resilience:

working with a number of Acute Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and regional NHSE/I coordinating bodies, BWM has developed a unique risk assessment structure to address extreme cumulative risks, and to place the subsequent risk controls within the context of the resilience spectrum. The process has been applied to infrastructure challenges, to threat/hazard scenarios, and is layered into the command, control and coordination (c3) functions available.

Security Risk Assessments:

The new national PROTECT duty recommends vulnerability assessments and associated response plans to address security threats in public locations. BWM Consulting has been delivering such solutions since 2010 and was a strong advocate to the Met Police in 2019 to consider an updated approach. The need to balance site-specific bespoke planning and capability development, against the identified risks at locations both large and small is manifest. BWM has multiple clients who access these services ranging from village primary schools to large events arenas, and include charities, councils and government legislative organisations.
